My name is Desrene Stewart, and I’m so glad you’re here.

As a proud mother of two, a wife of over 30 years, and the author of Birthing Praise Out of Your Pain, my journey has been a blend of family, faith, and passion. I’m also a certified John Maxwell coach, trainer, and speaker—and the founder of DARE 2B DIFFERENT.
With over 25 years of experience, I’ve been blessed to speak across Europe and Australia and to lead growth, leadership, and communication workshops throughout the U.S. and the Caribbean.
My journey to finding my voice began when I was asked to speak at a youth event. Although nervous, I shared my story, and in that moment, I discovered a passion for empowering others. This passion led me to create the Finding Your Voice Speaking, Coaching, and Training program and the Fulfillment Leadership Training and Development initiative.
Through these programs, my mission goes beyond simply empowering people to speak—I work with organizations, communities, and individuals on a deeper level, providing the tools and strategies for effective leadership development.
