I’m Desrene Stewart—a devoted wife of over 30 years, proud mother of two, author of Birthing Praise Out of Your Pain, and a passionate keynote speaker, coach, and leadership trainer.


One of my guiding principles comes from John Maxwell:

This philosophy resonates deeply with my own journey of faith, family, and a heartfelt desire to help others step into their God-given potential.

For over 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of inspiring individuals and organizations to unlock their potential and create lasting impact. My passion for adding value to others has taken me across Europe, Australia, the U.S., and the Caribbean, where I’ve led transformative workshops and shared messages of hope, empowerment and purpose

My path to finding my voice wasn’t without challenges. For years, I struggled to speak up for myself or articulate my desires. Everything changed when I was invited to share a message at a youth event. Though nervous, I stepped onto the stage—and in that moment, I discovered a passion for empowering others to find their voice. From there, my journey became one of perseverance and faith. While working in education, I felt called to help others see beyond their current circumstances and step into their God-ordained purpose.

Today, as the founder of the Finding Your Voice Speaking, Coaching, and Training Program and the Dare to Be Different Leadership Training and Development initiative, I go beyond helping individuals find their voice. I empower leaders, organizations, and communities to create transformation and cultivate a legacy of impact through training, coaching and keynote speaking.


My mission is to equip others with the tools and strategies they need to speak boldly, lead confidently, and live a life aligned with their purpose.
