My journey has taken me from the classroom to the boardroom, from local ministry to international platforms, and from personal growth to helping others transform their lives and leadership.

Over the years, I have discovered that success is not simply about talent or opportunity. It is about having the clarity to understand what God is calling you to do and the courage to execute it faithfully.

This conviction has become the foundation of my coaching, speaking, training, and leadership development work.

A Foundation Built Through Decades of Service

Desrene does not speak about leadership from the outside looking in. She has led. She has pastored. She has taught classrooms, developed ministry teams, navigated organizational challenges, and held space for leaders in their most difficult seasons. Her experience spans public education, church ministry, nonprofit spaces, and international platforms. She understands what it means to lead under pressure, to build with limited resources, and to sustain a vision when no one else can yet see what you see. That lived experience is what makes her coaching, training, and consulting uniquely effective.

She does not help people feel good about staying where they are. She helps them build what they are called to build.
